Bell crank lever
Metalwork. Overmoulding. Final machining.
This bell crank lever combines a prepared metal insert, glass-filled nylon overmoulding, and centre-referenced final machining. We manage the sequence so the finished part holds its alignment in continuous high-speed use.

Lever and bracket assembly
Molding. Controlled conditioning. Final assembly.
Automotive sub-assemblies leave no room for dimensional drift. When a component requires precise polymer conditioning and mechanical jointing, splitting the work across multiple suppliers introduces unnecessary risk. We manage the insert molding, the critical moisture conditioning, and the final assembly under one roof to deliver a drop-in ready component.

Multi-stage gear
Two moulding stages. One clear machining sequence.
We mould the core and teeth in two Nylon-6 formulations, then machine the bore and both faces in order so the finished features stay aligned.

Insert-moulded wire handle
A load-bearing handle built around a flared steel wire.
The customer needed a finished wire-handle assembly ready for an 8 kg load test. We flare the multi-strand steel wire, insert-mould the polymer handle, and fit the sealing O-ring before supplying the completed assembly.
