FAQ
Common buyer questions, answered plainly.
Are you a broker or an actual manufacturer?
Parshwa Plastics is a family-owned injection molding manufacturer in Gujarat, India. Core molding is done in-house. Where outside tooling, lab work, or overflow support is used, Parshwa remains commercially and quality-accountable.
What kinds of parts are the best fit?
Small precision industrial parts, typically under 100 g, especially where material choice, dimensional control, documentation, and repeat-order consistency matter.
What tolerances do you normally support?
For the right part, material, tooling, and process, our normal working range is roughly +/-0.05 mm to +/-0.10 mm. Final commitments depend on the specific part.
How fast do you quote?
Standard quotes are typically issued in 72 hours. More complex quotes are typically issued in 5 business days. The clock starts when the RFQ pack is complete enough to quote properly.
What is the difference between a budgetary and a definite quote?
A budgetary quote is useful for early-stage or incomplete RFQs and includes assumptions. A definite quote is based on a complete RFQ pack and is intended for actual sourcing decisions.
What do you need for a definite quote?
3D CAD, 2D drawing with tolerances, resin grade, color, finish, annual usage, batch size, packaging requirements, and target price if you have one.
What happens on a new-part launch?
New part numbers receive enhanced launch validation where needed. Depending on the program, that can include first-article inspection, critical-feature verification, material confirmation, cosmetics agreement, packaging verification, and release checks before shipment.
What happens on repeat orders?
Repeat orders run against locked specifications, approved samples, traceable lots, revision-controlled documents, and release checks on every batch.
Can you support transferred tools?
Yes. We review the tool condition, agree any required maintenance or refurbishment, and confirm the production path before committing to regular supply.
What materials do you run most often?
We regularly support common industrial resins including PA6, PA66, POM, PC, ABS, PP, and selected filled grades, depending on the application.
Do you support insert molding, overmolding, and assembly?
Yes. We support insert molding, overmolding, light assembly, labeling, kitting, and export-ready packaging where the job fit is right.
Can you support DAP and clean shipment documents?
Yes. DAP is a common commercial structure for us, and we can provide clean commercial invoice, packing list, and related shipment documentation. Final Incoterms and responsibilities are confirmed on the quote.
Who owns the tool?
Tool ownership, maintenance responsibility, and release terms are defined clearly in the quote and order documentation.
Can you provide sample quality or shipping documents during supplier review?
Yes. Sample quality and shipping documents are available on request during supplier review.
How do you handle non-conformance or changes?
Issues are handled through documented follow-up. Changes to material, process, tooling, or part definition are communicated before implementation.
How do we communicate once a project is live?
You will have direct commercial and technical follow-up, clear milestone updates, and fast answers when plant details need confirming.
