  • Logistics: Default terms are DAP (Delivered at Place). We handle freight and export clearance; the buyer handles local duties/VAT.
  • Quality Guarantee: ISO 9001:2015 certified. First-Lot SWAT protocol applied to all new part numbers (100% critical inspection).
  • RFQ Requirements: No checklist, no quote. Required: 3D CAD (STEP/IGES), 2D drawing (PDF) with tolerances, resin grade/color/finish, EAU, and batch sizes.

Payment terms and rep commissions are governed by individual agreements. We maintain a policy of account-specific ownership for our sales partners to ensure market stability and trust.
